I started taking photographs at the time when the acids from the dark room were still breathing because it was a pretext for wandering and looking.
Then I continued for the full and absolute pleasure I felt when I happened to take the shot that satisfied me, the shot that I could have continued to watch without getting bored because it was able to evoke traces of dispersed meanings that I seemed to be able, at least in part, to to grab.
My relationship with photography has long been chaotic and anarchic. In this freedom of instinct I thought that the true pleasure of photographing was hidden in the end.
But then, in more recent times, the decision has arrived, not a simple one, to go to photography school and to graduate in photo-reportage and photojournalism. I feared that this might force me into a discipline foreign to my way of understanding photography.
A discipline that in the end, I was sure, would have risked making the pleasure I felt trying to go around hunting for photos vanish. But fortunately in life it often happens the opposite of what one expects.
I don't know if the studio has made me a better photographer. Probably yes, at least in part. But what matters is that it helped me discover a new meaning for my photographic research.
A deeper and more gratifying sense: using the camera to tell stories ...

Probabilmente sì, almeno in parte.
